PATCO - Reverse Signaling Project - ConnDOT

The project objective was to provide full reverse signaling capability on both tracks between Lindenwold and Ferry Avenue on the PATCO High Speed Line.  GCS provided detailed design, engineering, and construction support services for signal and control system additions

The major tasks of the project included:

• Review of existing documents and field verification
• Computer-based traffic simulation studies
• Preparation of CAD drawings and specifications
• Design of tie-ins to signal circuitry

• Design of signal and control system involving block layout, signal power, signal and switch controls, track circuits including cab signals, cable layout, and control center
