Eugene Y. Chuang, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Chuang has over 9 years of experience in engineering.  In addition, his extensive academic research and technical publications have made him an expert in high-tech cement materials, structural theory and analysis, and computer modeling methods.  Dr. Chuang is responsible for civil and structural engineering projects, including construction inspection and project management, bridge design, and bridge inspection (NBIS).
